Original Hamburger
This is our version of the original Menches Brothers Hamburger. It may sound unusual, but the coffee adds a rich taste and the brown sugar creates a delicious glaze.
2 pounds ground sirloin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
Combine beef, sugar and coffee in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, for an hour or more to incorporate the flavors.
Form into patties and grill to your liking.

1. Only Rosso is 100% Negroamaro from the heel of the boot of Italy. With a warm climate expect this wine to be ripe and fruity. The name means bitter black. Expect the wine to finish a little bitter.
2. The aroma on this wine is big and full. Think about red hots candy, the cinnamon notes are striking.
3. Rocca dei Mori is smooth and rich, almost luxurious. As a pairing partner, you need a dish with a of of flavor.
